Currently, we only offer shipping within Switzerland, however we are working on solutions to expand to the whole of Europe as quickly as possible.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped via Swiss Post and typically arrive within 2 business days.
4. What are shipping costs?
Shipping is complimentary within Switzerland. Every Silvanité order is sent via Swiss Post at no additional cost.
Return Policy:
1. Do you offer and accept returns?
Due to the intimate nature of fragrance products, opened or burned candles cannot be returned.
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, postage will be the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
2. What if my candle arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and product. We will resolve the matter promptly.
